Neuroeducation Series
Ever wondered how the brain learns and how a better knowledge in this area could improve your classroom practice?
This offer includes a series of short online courses making up 20 hours of self-paced, online, professional learning, in Neuroeducation – or the Science of Learning. Topics are focussed around Wellbeing, building positive teacher-student relationships, and understanding how trauma and abuse affects the brain and learning and what teachers can do to better support students at risk.
You will need to complete your courses and submit a feedback form within 12 months, for a Certificate of Completion to be awarded to you for each course. Certificates are usually issued by email, approximately 30 days after the receipt of your feedback form for each course.
Please Note: Casual and provisional teachers are welcome to take advantage of this offer. If you are not employed by a regular school, and don’t yet have a Principal, please use your home address and place “Casual Teacher” in the field requesting the name of your Principal.
